Refund and Returns Policy

1. Ciar operates a strict no-return or exchange policy on items shopped in the physical stores upon leaving the store. However, outfits shopped online or via our website can be returned within 48 hours in the event of manufacturing error or damage.
2. Returns or exchanges should be done within 48 hours of purchase
3. We do not exchange or refund if tags have been cut off or outfits have been worn.
